WHAT IF THEY HAD A MEETING AND NOBODY CAME?

Well, the rumors, and the little birdies, and the soothsayer's omens indicate that Royal Gorge LLC intends to file its permit application with Placer County as early as this week (what's the rush guys- didn't like how the Summit Survey turned out?)

Here's the funny thing.  Placer County will require Royal Gorge to hold a public meeting following the submission of their plans.  The county, not surprisingly, wants public involvement.

So Royal Gorge's current plan for a meeting is- one meeting, mid-week, which excludes people who work, people who don't live on the summit, and, well, just about everybody. And, to make it even less likely anyone will show up,  the current plan is for Thanksgiving week- when most people show a marked tendency to gather with their family, watch football games, and eat turkey.

Well, hopefully the details will get rearranged.  If not, we can say that the turkey on the table isn't the only turkey on the Summit.  Do watch royalgorgefuture page to see if any announcements are made.  Also, watch for their water study roll out , where the pretend SLCWD doesn't exist.

And, in case you didn't know this already,  Royal Gorge LLC doesn't really care what you think. It's all window dressing to them.  Do try to get a copy of their booklet for investors, and you'll see just how different the March presentations to homeowners were compared to  what investors were told.  It's a real eye-opener.
